Further appointed by both Cable & Wireless Worldwide and Cable & Wireless Communications after demerger

Following today’s Court and General meetings, the demerger of Cable & Wireless plc into Cable & Wireless Worldwide and Cable & Wireless Communications will be completed on 26 March.
Further has been appointed to design, develop and produce the reporting suite for both the demerged organisations - Cable & Wireless Worldwide and Cable & Wireless Communications.
Cable & Wireless Communications is the owner and operator of leading regional telecoms businesses in the Caribbean, Panama, Macau and Monaco and Islands, whilst the Cable & Wireless Worldwide business provides high quality managed IP services to large users of telecoms services.
