'A brand to promote the UK technology sector around the world' UK Trade & Investment UK Trade & Industry, the government body for promoting exports, asked Further to develop an over-arching brand to promote the UK technology sector, one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing. The brand had to appeal sufficiently for UK technology firms to use when promoting their products and services. Working with the literal name ‘UK Technology’ we developed a brand positioning and proposition around the assertion that UK Technology is a vital component that helps to power successful products, businesses and industries all around the world. We created a digitised version of the Union Jack in bold colours as the mark with an associated ‘look and feel’ accompanied by a strapline - ‘The Vital Component’.
